MSc in Chemistry and Technical Physics, certified energy auditor and also long term certified environmental auditor according to ISO 19 011. Lennart has been within the environmental field since the 1980’s, with long time experience as environmental consultant, initially as head of department and responsible for environmental legislation matters at some of the big Swedish consultancy firms.

He has previously served as long experienced employee at environmental authorities, and at a major international chemical processing industry. Former Swedish representative at the EU-commission network IMPEL (Implementation and enforcement of environmental law) in the field of environmental compliance, and long time member of the Swedish EPA advisory committee on industrial environmental control and its scientific committee on air quality. Member of the board of the Swedish Clean Air Society.

Lennart Frisch has been the designer and main consultant in the construction of a large number of systems according to ISO 14 001. He has also been responsible for carrying out a vast number of Environmental permit applications and Environmental Impact Assessments.

Lennart also has long experience in issues regarding remediation of polluted sites, amongst others as legal and environmental advisor for the major, and state subsidised, remediation projects along the Göta älv river north of Gothenburg. He also has frequent assignments for the Swedish EPA, the Swedish national road authorities as well as for Sida (the Swedish International Development Agency), as well as the Ministries on Environment and Economy.
